CMS 7th Grade APC class took a field trip to EnJoy Fitness Club to check out various types of equipment that we don't have in our CMS weight room, talk with Personal Trainer Alex about the importance of proper form and nutrition, and try out some gym equipment. We appreciate the community supporting our students and their goals!

As part of our Health class Communication unit, students practiced essential phone etiquette through role-playing activities. They tackled real-world scenarios like scheduling a sports physical with a doctor’s office and booking a haircut with a barber or stylist. These practical life skills will serve them well for years to come!
